Glassmaid provides a 1 Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase covering defects in materials and workmanship (except brushes). In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your Glassmaid machine, please call or email Glassmaid with the description or send photos or video of the problem. Write down the serial number from the unit. That number is etched onto the stainless-steel plate where the brush holders protrude from the machine. Also record the number that is etched onto the motor. Have a copy of your original invoice available.
Glassmaid will then tell you how to fix the problem or arrange with you to return the machine at your expense if outside of the warranty period.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, damage caused by abuse, damage caused by use contrary to the operating instructions or damage caused by using the machine for a purpose other than for what it was intended. This warranty is limited only to the cost of repairing or replacing the warranted equipment, at Glassmaids discretion.
